I wanted to take a moment after reflecting on the past many months since my injury and drop you a note thanking you for the profound impact you had on my recovery. While much of that time has become a blur, there are a few things that stand out in my mind as turning points in my rehabilitation.
First, I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I wasn’t going to have to make the trek to Exeter or Manchester to get quality care. Dr.Vailas didn’t miss a beat when I asked him whether he thought Cornerstone was a viable option. In retrospect, I’m not sure I would have been as diligent at keeping my appointments and following treatment through to its positive conclusion if I had to make the longer trip.
Second, and most important, was the quality of care I received. You never let me settle for second best. You encouraged me and challenged me. I believe it was that combination that resulted in my proceeding from being bed-ridden, to a wheel chair, to crutches and a cane in relative short order.
I was out of town last week and had the opportunity to squeeze in a game of golf. I shot one of my lowest scores ever. I have to share some of the credit with you.
You were a major factor in getting my life and mobility back. For that I am forever grateful!
Warmest regards,
Dr. David G. Mercer

I want to take the time to thank you for all you have done for me during my visits at Cornerstone Physical Therapy. Prior to coming to your practice, I had five different Physical Therapist over a two year period. After 30 visits, none of the therapists were able to relieve the pain that I was experiencing with my injury.
When I came to you a few months ago, you took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. You applied your expert technical skills in assessing the situation and created a plan of action to accommodate my situation. You focused your energies on one area at a time and you were determined to successfully heal each muscle that was affecting the area.
Your compassion and patience has been evident. Your concern for your patient never wanes. You establish comforting rapport with your patients and it is appreciated upon each visit.
I have never met an individual so dedicated to her career and practice. You are an asset to the field of Physical Therapy.
Thank you for all you have done for me.
Sincerely,
Sandra Beliveau

When I first came to Cornerstone Physical Therapy I was in quite a bit of pain. The strength and range of motion in my shoulder was minimal. I did not want to opt for the surgery, which was my only other option.
At this time, I now have no pain, my range of motion is back to normal and the strength is considerably increased. In the past, I have had physical therapy with minimal success. I have never experienced as much success as I have at Cornerstone. The professionalism, knowledge and caring for their patients shows in their work every day.

In a continuing effort to discover WHY I keep falling, after ruling out neurological and cardiac possibilities, Dr. Husarik sent me to Cornerstone Physical Therapy to improve my balance.
My first visit and all the “paces” you put me through were very discouraging, only a couple of seconds before losing my balance on one foot, eyes open or closed! What was worse for me was being a literal “pushover”. When standing, both feet planted firmly-eyes closed, and you gently pushed me forward, back or side to side I went “over”.
Over 5-6 weeks of practice, increasingly challenging assignments, I have increased stability, and therefore confidence, both on level and on the stairs. And I am no longer a “pushover”. Increasing the time, balancing on one foot, eyes open and closed makes me feel “great” about my balance.
Thank you, I so appreciate your, patience and gentle persuasive techniques, you’re the BEST!
Warm Regards,
